What a steamy book! I think that for the most part this book was predictable. But it didn't take away from the story. I loved Xander. This man who has had a rough childhood lives his life rescuing people and always playing and having a good time. When he meets Chelsea he knows there is something about her and he wants her bad. Giving this book four stars, maybe four and a half, seeing as I downloaded it off Amazon for free. Good storyline, steamy sex scenes, and a touch of humor, so I enjoyed this book, and will certainly give the second book a look at.

3.5 Stars!This one was okay for me....it was a quick read. I never really developed much of a connection with either the heroine or the hero. Chelsea is trying to make a new start in NY, after suriviving a near fatal car accident. A fire drill finds Chelsea being "rescued" by Xander. Chelsea and Xander both don't want a relationship....but hot, meaningless sex? Why not??But of course, feelings and emotions get in the way and lines get crossed. Nice and Steamy Really liked this one!! Chelsea has been living with guilt and trying to find her way back to herself for the last 2 years after tragedy and heartbreak... She's independent and trying to make a way for herself by herself.
