Evaluation Out Of Books The Long Weekend

Such an easy, cute read. Just wish I knew more about what happened once Colin's secret daughter was revealed and how she fitted into her new family life. I guess it was meant to be a happy ending, but other than that, I'm so happy Claire was reunited with the love of her life.

The story was ok but there were so many different characters and dramas with them that it didn't seem like there was enough character development and I can't say that I liked any of those characters either. The setting sounded very nice though so at least the book had that going for it.

Lovely summer easy read...great characters & the Cornish town & The Townhouse just sounded gorgeous...I want to visit...and meet Luca!!lol! X

On the face of it this is a likeable & easy read about various weekend visitors to a Cornish hotel. It's predictable in that you just know who will fall out, end up together etc but the characters are interesting enough to keep it an entertaining read. The characters are such that you can't help but want a happy ending for one & all. But hang on a mo...why do we want this happy outcome, after all some these situations were caused by men cheating on their wives so a happy outcome for him

Loved this book, its worked so well based over just one weekend and the four stories worked so well. Only thing I would have liked was a update at the end of the book as to what happened to the couples in day a years time, hate it when authors dont finished the book quite enough!
