Narrative Supposing Books Bad Penny (Cat Dupree #3)

The scar across her neck ties her to the past.

Cat Dupree would love nothing more than to settle down and build a life with fellow bounty hunter Wilson McKay. But Soloman Tutuola — the man who murdered her father and slashed her throat when she was thirteen — haunts her even from the grave.

An investigator from Mexico is tracking down the person who is responsible for Tutuola's death — and the trail leads directly to Cat. To add to her bad luck, a junkie with a vendetta is stalking Wilson and is willing to kill anyone who gets in the way of his revenge.

Desperate to start their future together, Cat and Wilson turn the manhunt around — vowing to do whatever it takes to find freedom from the past and the scars that have damaged them both.

Assessment Of Books Bad Penny (Cat Dupree #3)
Well I read this book in about 8 hrs. It was fast paced and exciting. What I didn't realize when I started reading it, is that it is the end of a Trilogy. So I will be buying the first 2 books so I can read them even though I know how it ends. Luckily for me not reading the first 2 didn't take the story line away.

Romantic suspense perfection! This so the final book in the Cat Dupree series and while most things have been wrapped up, there are still a few loose ends that need to be finished. It was a great book full of what we come to expect in a romance and suspense.

I really liked this installment but then we finally got to see them act like a couple and start a life together which is what I most like to read. I only had two things that bugged me. First, if you're going to have a native Spanish speaker speak Spanish then for God's sake, make sure you're saying what you mean to say. "Bueno el diablo es muerte" means "Good, the devil is death" NOT "Good the devil is dead". Both sentences are grammatically correct but they don't mean the same thing. That might

Another good book with my 2 favorite characters. Sharon Sala did a great job of winding up the story of Cat and Wilson. I couldn't put the book down.

cat finds love and acceptance in the McKay family. she also finds herself pregnant. the man who shot Wilson chases them to finish the job. ends happily with the murderer dead and cat ensconced in her own family.

This was a pretty good book that continues the story of Cat Dupree and Wilson McKay. This time they are trying to get out of the bail bond business and get on the farm, but a crazed drugged up killer is trailing them. Not to mention the run ins with family health problems, unexpected tornados, guys who beat up girlfriends, and maybe a couple of other catastrophe's. How does Sharon Sala fit all this into one book??
