Amazing book. I haven't gotten very far due to my busy schedule, but this book does an incredible job describing the lives of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. These men were so patriotic, courageous, and sacrificial...So many things in here just make me want to 'melt.' I highly recommend it if you have even the tiniest interest in history, and maybe even if you don't.On a side note, there were a couple of date inconsistencies, but as far as I have seen, you can tell which are

As a member of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution "D.A.R." I was eager to read this book. I was not disappointed, especially in sections that dealt with Virginians, such as Thomas Jefferson. My family and patriots go back to Virgina of the 1600s, hence I am sensitive to all things Virginian and especially so about the Revolution. I applaud the research and concise histories in this book.

I won this book and am very impressed by it. It is a hardcover and is well written and layed out. Thank you for the give-a-way. I am happy to own this book.
