Representaion In Favor Of Books Daughter of Asteria (Daughter Trilogy #2)

After having destroyed the world, Adisia wakes up unaware and disturbed by the sense she's forgetting something. The problem is, she's replaying everything... just in a different way. As soon as her mind catches up and brings her back to the danger still after them, several new disasters occur, each leading Devin to worry about the safety of his only love. With time against them, no one is willing to risk a repeat of the last encounter they had with Safina.

Everyone goes all in to prepare, but will it be enough this time? Along the way, Adisia still struggles with her inability to trust the man she loves. It only gets worse in the small world of immortals where Devin is a known womanizer. Then comes a new face, one claiming Adisia is destined to be his, causing Devin's jealousy to surface for a change.

Love's never easy for an Aphrodite, cursed by beauty, destroyed by the ones she trusts the most.

Piece Based On Books Daughter of Asteria (Daughter Trilogy #2)
At about half of it it's time for me to DNFit and quit. To much alike, spinning around and finally boring.

WonderfulI've read this book twice and each time I get just as excited. I will not give out spoilers, I will simply say it's worth the read. You won't regret buying this series if you've read the first book.

Another book that leaves you out of breath. I was very scared that we were going to have to go through everything all over again but apart from the very beginning, nothing happened as it did before, thankfully!!!In this version, Adisia is mortal for so much longer and they try to go with a different strategy but the end result is the same, she saves the day!! Go Adisia, she is really a badass :)Devin and her still have their incredible passion but with their fiery temperament, misunderstanding

AsteriaI really like this series but I am getting a little tired of the insecurity of Adisia. She is very childish sometimes. You would think she would grow up with everything that is happening. I also find it annoying that her and Devin can find the time for sex no matter what they're going through. I am loving all the friends and family members though. I am not as happy with this story as the first one. However, I will read the final book because I am already committed. I hope it's better than

AwesomeAfter reading this book at least a dozen times (twice a year), I still love it!Devon continues to be dedicated and completely in love with Adisia, giving her the world. Cant help but sigh.Great characters, even the villains are awesomely arrogant and condescending, some of the heroes as well.About to read the final book, for my annual fix.Biggest gripe * I wish these were audiobooks*

Book 2 is just as good as book 1. If not better! Our Aphrodite is becoming much more than anyone expected. Can she save their world? Can she stop the threat? Will she get her man? Will she be able to get drunk? How about a tattoo? No spoilers here... Just praise for well constructed characters and a world that is interesting and surprising.Definitely worth reading.

Brilliant second part of the trilogy. So much action and romance. Adisia showed her badass self, I just wish her insecurities didnt inflict so much drama.
