Greatest book ever...
I can literally read this book n number of times. Speechless piece of literature!!
I have experienced all three versions of this. I've read the play, watched the play and the movie and i could not love it more. I read this book a long time ago. I was quite young and even though I had still loved it then I don't remember exactly how much I had understood. But when the movie came out last year, I went back and reread it. It's a tragedy about a retired stage actor who cannot cope with his life off stage, how he loses his wife who is so devoted to him, and his children who are
The first line is important, and it is always been the reason for me to read the whole book. And this time it is Natsamrat. "माफ करा, रसिकमितरांनो, माफ करा" the line holds me till the end of the book. Thinking of author is at a different level.
