Ilustration To Books Procuro-te

Comment On Out Of Books Procuro-te
I used to read a good deal of Lesley Pearse but had not done so for a while, so reading this book was a treat and a great reminder of what a wonderful author she is. Well written, with colourful characters and clear descriptions. It was difficult for me to put this book down and the characters truly got under my skin. Just as the story seemed to be getting ironed out, all the wrinkles smoothing into a tapestry where the entire picture could be seen, a twist was brought in that made me gasp out

Another amazing novel by Lesley Pearse . All the details, events and actions occurring in that novel touched a nerve inside of me.I was instinctively reading and reading, stopping everything around me just to flip the pages and dive deep into the story. I found it too dreadful to bear Lucy in every aspect of her personality, on the other hand, I started to find Joel attractive and loving near the end of the novel, I loved the way he proposed to Daisy.Again ! Cannot wait to read more by Pearse.

I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. One of those random books I picked up in a sale. To my lovely surprise, the book was based in Bristol and Cornwall. Two of my favourite places in UK. The story was riveting with some twists and turns and even some unexpected violence which seemed out of place with the tone of the book. The only reason I didn't give it a 4 is I felt the ending was unnecessarily drawn out. Lookin forward to read her other books.

not my normal read But enjoyable all the same. Follows the life of a young lady who was adopted and her discovery of birth mum after the death of her mum who insisted she looks for her.

Loved it! Although I wished we got told what happened to Pierre. Other than that it was very well-written and had a really good plot. Will be reading more of Lesley Pearse!

Another heartfelt read from L. Pearse.

An easy read, a few surprises but all in all a dependable chick-lit. Not Pearse's best or worst book.
