To show that "invention is somehow easier than analysis", Braitenberg describes hypothetical vehicles whose simple design could yield surprisingly "smart" behaviours. In the second part, he shows how the hypotheses made to design these vehicles are actually supported by advances in neuro-biology.I found the first part really easy to read, and yet very deep and insightful. By contrast, the second part was more challenging as I am not a neuro-biologist.
